By accessing or using PingO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PingO.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use PingO for unlawful activities

• Transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content

• Attempt to interfere with system security

• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service

PingO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You are responsible for content you send through PingO.

PingO processes content only to provide the Service and maintain functionality.

5. Payments

UPI transactions are processed by authorized third-party Payment Service Providers.

PingO does not directly hold user funds.

We are not responsible for:

• Bank outages

• UPI network failures

• Delays caused by payment providers

Users are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming payments.

6. Service Availability

PingO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingO Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may request account deletion by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
