PingO (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by PingO Labs Private Limited, India.

  • Phone number (for account creation and authentication)

  • Name and optional profile photo

  • Messages and media shared through the Service

  • Information provided when contacting support

B. Automatically Collected Information

  • Device type and operating system

  • App usage data

  • Crash logs and diagnostics data

C. Payment Information

PingO integrates with third-party Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to enable UPI transactions.

PingO does not store:

  • UPI PIN

  • Full bank account credentials

  • Card details

Payment processing is handled securely by authorized third-party providers.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide messaging and calling services

  • Enable and process UPI payments

  • Authenticate users

  • Maintain security and prevent misuse

  • Improve performance and reliability

  • Respond to support requests

  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal data.

4. Messaging and Call Data

Messages and media are stored using secure cloud infrastructure.

Audio and video calls are powered by LiveKit infrastructure and transmitted in real time.

PingO does not use private communications for advertising purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

PingO uses trusted third-party providers, including:

Firebase (Google LLC)

Used for authentication, cloud database (Firestore), storage, analytics, and crash reporting.

LiveKit

Used to enable real-time audio and video calling.

UPI Payment Providers

Used to process financial transactions in compliance with applicable regulations.

Each third-party provider processes data according to its own privacy practices.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and controlled access to systems.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the Service

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Resolve disputes

  • Enforce agreements

Users may request account deletion by contacting us.
